Responsibilities

- Manage innovation pipeline from concept validation to pilot deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching 3+ disruptive tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- MBA or MS in Technology Management/Engineering preferred
- Strong background in patent development and IP strategy
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Certified in emerging tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
