Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and DARPA for early-stage technology adoption
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-interfaces
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants and venture capital for emerging tech initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on disruptive technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
