Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and spatial computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or AR/VR systems
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and emerging tech toolkits
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
