Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Horizons' teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop predictive models for market disruption using neural network forecasting
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and leading academic research institutions
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related futurism discipline
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with portfolio valuation >$1B
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
