Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) and competitive analysis
- Design proof-of-concept frameworks for futuristic technologies with measurable ROI
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen tech adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging tech integration methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends beyond 2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and investment committees
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or journals
- MBA or Master's in Technology Management preferred
