Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, climate tech)
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough innovations with 10x market potential
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio showcasing technology commercialization case studies
