Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026 technology landscapes
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring regulatory compliance
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Mentor tech talent in future-focused skills and agile methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in regulated industries
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Strong background in agile transformation and product lifecycle management
