Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology with 10+ years' strategic tech experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
