- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling tech roadmaps to stakeholders and investors, translating complex concepts into actionable business cases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies to accelerate innovation adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation practices

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 infrastructure, or neurotech)
- Track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI and market disruption
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
