Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and automated decision systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
