- Identify and secure emerging technology patents across 3+ domains
- Partner with C-suite to translate tech strategy into shareholder value
- Direct cross-functional innovation labs (AI, biotech, renewable energy)
- Present future tech forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products to market
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends and disruption patterns
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D funding from VC/public sources
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust preferred)
