Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Identify emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $10M annual innovation fund allocation to high-potential R&D projects
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE and Nature Technology Review
- Oversee ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and neuro-technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years strategic experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two commercialized AI/quantum products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent advanced credential
- Experience securing $50M+ in venture capital or government research grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit simulation platforms
- Strong network connections with DARPA, NSF, and top-tier university labs
