Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology disruption forecasting
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Manage technology budget allocation and ROI analysis for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong executive presence and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
