- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead innovation labs exploring quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate tech
- Partner with product teams to translate emerging tech concepts into commercial solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to investors and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
