Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology roadmap aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in AI ethics and biotech
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and strategic partnerships
- Present technology strategies to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Mentor 5+ engineers in emerging specializations (e.g., neuromorphic computing)
- Drive sustainability initiatives across tech infrastructure (carbon-negative data centers)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching patented innovations
- MBA or MS in Technology Management/Engineering
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/private funding
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law limitations and post-silicon paradigms
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (ACF/SFI preferred)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature on future tech convergence
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
