- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen automation and human-machine symbiosis
- Present tech foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with venture capital to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Establish ethical AI/governance protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to unicorn valuations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for transformational projects
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
