Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives

- Develop strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and academic institutions
- Present innovation briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact analysis
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 8-12 specialists
- Author annual Future Technology Impact Reports for investor relations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, or decentralized systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, TechCrunch)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
