Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum/AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in metaverse infrastructure and Web3 ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture principles
- Author white papers on technology ethics and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500/SaaS unicorns
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in emerging tech sectors
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
