Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Design governance frameworks for responsible AI and automation adoption
- Partner with VPs to align technology investments with ESG initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on future tech workforce transformations
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies (metaverse, biointegration)
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Published work in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
