- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams across engineering and product divisions
- Manage vendor partnerships and technology ecosystem relationships
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of executing large-scale digital transformations
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF)
