Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop strategic frameworks for 2026 market dominance
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing technology transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons, ensuring alignment with corporate vision
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market research to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology initiatives, tracking ROI and impact
- Foster strategic partnerships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with global stakeholders
- Certifications in strategic management (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) or technology foresight methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
