- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital transformation
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge startups
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology foresight research and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
