Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape, providing actionable reports
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Develop roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or C-suite advisory role
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful future strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
