Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills and executive communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
