Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends and assessing their potential impact.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) and evaluate their viability for business integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to align long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical wins.
- Manage a portfolio of R&D initiatives, prioritizing investments based on market potential and internal capability.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and potential acquisitions that align with the 2026 vision.
- Present complex strategic data and future scenarios to diverse stakeholder groups, including investors and board members.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new technologies or entering new market segments.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, with the ability to forecast their trajectory accurately.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear, actionable strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
