Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for quantum AI, biotech interfaces, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with ethical impact assessments
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and ESG goals
- Build and mentor a specialized innovation lab focusing on 2026+ use cases
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with exposure to emerging technologies
- Proven track record in commercializing next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
