Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and human-machine augmentation
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with market disruption forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development in frontier tech domains
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in exponential tech domains
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercial viability
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering preferred
- Deep expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on disruptive technologies
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal/private sources
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, R) and quantum frameworks
