Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 innovation cycles
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop predictive market models and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
