Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST AI, EU AI Act)
