Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and market trends affecting technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
