Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Design innovation frameworks to foster cross-industry partnerships and accelerate R&D initiatives
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI implementation and sustainable technology adoption
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum) and their industrial applications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, CFSD) or advanced degree in technology management
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and securing buy-in for complex transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed organizational structures
