- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption priorities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Develop scenario-based models for technology disruption and mitigation strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed insights
- Manage vendor relationships for emerging technology pilot programs
- Establish KPIs to measure technology strategy effectiveness against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps (minimum 5-year planning)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSSP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
