Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic technology roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, bio-integrated systems) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-forward solutions and minimum viable ecosystems
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological adoption and ROI in future markets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks impacting future tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning for exponential technologies or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFS, WFS) or strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to visualize complex future scenarios
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
