Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives between R&D, product, and business development teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate disruptive trends and market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies

- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
