Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research and implementation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-tech adoption
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum computing solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in future-tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $3M
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
