- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation adoption and ROI for future technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze global tech policies and their impact on strategic implementation timelines
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (articles, whitepapers)
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Innovation, or related field
