- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 5-year tech horizons
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary tech strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, decentralized systems, neurotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ technology impact projections
