Qualifications

- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-AI collaboration or quantum applications
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems (NIST, ISO 42001)
