Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Lead a dedicated team of futurists and technology architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, biotech, space, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
