- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with engineering teams to accelerate proof-of-concept development
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive ethics and governance frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or innovation methodologies
