Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with industry innovators, research institutions, and venture partners

- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in high-growth tech sectors (SaaS, AI, or biotech preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFIP)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
