Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological disruptions

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof design principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation leadership within tech, consulting, or R&D environments
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Experience with AI/ML implementation and quantum computing applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
