What You Will Do:
- Define and execute the long-term innovation roadmap with a specific focus on technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype high-impact emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Bio-digital convergence).
- Lead cross-functional squads in research and development, ensuring rapid prototyping and validation.
- Communicate complex future-state visions to executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs.
- Drive cultural change by fostering a mindset of continuous experimentation and learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for technologies expected to mature by 2026.

- Oversee R&D initiatives and prototype development cycles.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and market shifts.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
