Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to incubate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct scenario planning for technological and societal paradigm shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping and market testing
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate future-focused product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech/VC/startup environments
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication prowess
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist insights or implemented innovations
