Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Analyze convergence of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead scenario planning for societal and industrial paradigm shifts
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready capabilities into business strategy
- Identify and scout breakthrough technologies with exponential potential
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
