Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future-proofing frameworks to investors and board members
- Curate thought leadership content on next-gen technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation pipelines
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
