Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and communicate actionable innovation roadmaps with quantified impact assessments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize emerging tech investments (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and competitive intelligence reports
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for early trend detection
- Advise on ethical implications and responsible innovation for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) highly desirable
