Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual innovation foresight reports analyzing technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Curate and manage exclusive Future Councils connecting clients with leading researchers and entrepreneurs
- Quantify innovation ROI using proprietary Horizon Analytics platform and scenario modeling
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven impact on Fortune 500 projects
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with publication record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with innovation focus
- Experience leading high-stakes transformation initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched since 2020
