- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategies for C-level executives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovators, researchers, and technology partners
- Measure innovation ROI using advanced analytics and KPI tracking systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech disruption patterns
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams from ideation to execution
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
