Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a multi-year innovation strategy aligned with 2026 technological convergence points
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends in quantum computing, bio-integration, and AI ethics
- Architect proof-of-concept frameworks for breakthrough technologies with $1M+ annual R&D budget
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision and market disruption
- Manage a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industrial designers
- Present foresight reports to board members and key stakeholders using immersive visualization tools

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with documented impact on market disruption
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
